Concierge Services is comprised of eight campus services that aim to positively impact the experience of our Rice Community.
Amazon Delivery Services: Since packages shipped by Amazon are re-distributed by Delivery Services, please click here is you haven’t received your package: TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
Bus Charter Services: Rice departments can secure charter bus service for local University-related business trips in the Houston region (Galveston, NASA, airports, etc.) through the Transportation Office (CHARTER A BUS)
Event Services: New Rice Event Service guidelines dictate that all events must be registered, and procurement of outside spaces must be approved in advance. To register an event or secure space, please click here (CAMPUS EVENT REQUEST)
Fleet Management: Includes Rice-owned vehicle repairs and maintenance, including golf carts have been transferred from Facilities and Capital to Planning. Click here for SERVICE APPOINTMENTS.
Golf Cart Concierge Service: This will be a free service to the Rice community. Golf carts will be delivered to the requesting department for daily use and will be picked up by a member of the CS team at the end of the day. GOLF CART REQUESTS can be made online. Passport Renewal: You may renew your US Passport through the Rice University Post Offices. Click here to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
Transportation (Individual Services): These options include Zipcar (daily car rental), and Houston ConnectSmart.
Moving Services: This service was formerly housed in Facilities and Capital Planning. The scope of this services includes physical set up of furniture and equipment in offices and laboratories, staging set up of campus events, and removal of phased out furniture.
